## Description

The Contractor shall deliver a new Clark ® or equal 5,000 lb. capacity 36-48 volt, 4-Wheel sit down Counterbalanced, pneumatic tire forklift truck to the SAM warehouse located 1242 Montlimar Drive, Mobile, AL. The units provided under this procurement shall meet the technical requirements listed below.

The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, assembly, materials, management, supervision and other associated services (i.e. delivery, transportation and demonstration) necessary to supply and deliver the items listed above. The contractor shall provide onsite operation demonstration of the equipment. The contractor shall provide a final dealer checkup after delivery and training to ensure proper functionality. The contractor shall provide at a minimum a one-year warranty. ( See attached Technical Requirement for detail)
