The Contractor shall furnish the equipment, materials, supplies, and manpower required to perform dredging of the Mobile District Navigation Projects located in Alabama, Mississippi, and Florida The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 237990. The size standard is $37,000,000.00. A subcontracting Plan is required. Estimated Cost Range Project: $25,000,000.00 - $100,000,000.00 The solicitation will be available for download on or around 28 May 2024 (approx.). The Contracting Officer is Major Christopher Brunner. The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price contract pursuant to this solicitation. This contract shall be an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Single Award Task Order Contract (SATOC) to for 27-30 Inch Cutterhead Pipeline Dredge and Attendant Plant for Dredging in Alabama, Mississippi, and Florida. Contractors shall complete all work under their contract in accordance with schedules that are established in each Task Order. Work will vary from site to site, or location, and will require extensive knowledge of dredging construction projects. The Contractor will furnish said equipment with operators and all necessary materials, equipment, supplies, labor, transportation, including fuel, power and water and perform all work assigned in accordance with specifications. Note No. 1: All prospective contractors and their subcontractors and suppliers must be registered in SAM.gov before they will be allowed to download solicitation information.
