**PROJECT DESCRIPTION:** Contractor shall perform the following work defined below in McCown Valley Park to include Asphalt full Depth Repair, Asphalt Crack and Chip Sealing, Culvert and Ditch Repairs, Culvert Replacement, Lofers Bend West Park Concrete Placement, Concrete Ribbon Curb, Concrete Slab Placement, and McCown Valley Park Concrete Ribbon Curb expansion.
