## Description

The purpose of this amendment is as follows:1. To post the official Government Responses to Industry Questions.2. Provide an updated Performance Work Statement (PWS) dated 17 August 2026.3.

Incorporate the most recent SCA Wage Determination for Tarrant County, Texas.Offerors must acknowledge this amendment and utilize the PWS dated 17 August 2026 for their quotations.(i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with FAR part 12.
