Real Estate web-based software subscription - What are the components or elements of the service? The web-based system analyzes market conditions by calculating current vacancy rates, absorption rates, average rental rates and forecast future trends based on user-selected variables. - What performance requirements must be met?

The database must be able to compress broad real estate market analyses from hours and days to minutes and to search vial a radius, market, or set boundaries to focus on a particular area. - What does the service support?

The service supports the Fort Worth District Real Estate Appraisal Division and their ability to effectively analyze market conditions by calculating current vacancy rates, absorption rates, average rental rates and forecasting future trends based on user-selected variables. - When is the service required? The service is required in early August 2025. - Where will the service be performed?

Services will be performed within the Fort Worth District’s geographic area of responsibility. - Are there any geographic or location limitations/issues? No. - Are there unique requirements? Yes. Comprehensive and verified substantial inventory of property sales and proprietary transactional lease data for the AOR. - What other Government agencies are buying the service? GSA, HUD, VA, Health, and Human Services, and other USACE offices.
