## Description

The following five (5) offerors will be invited to participate in Phase 2 of this acquisition for Solicitation Number: W9126G24R0125, Child Development Center, Lackland Air Force Base, San Antionio, Texas.

ATTN: Mr. Rusty Chamberlain, Executive 5475 Tech Center Drive, Suite 300 Colorado Springs, CO 80919, USA This project is a Design Build construction of a large child development center utilizing the standard facility design using a Two-Phase Design Build process in accordance with FAR 36.3-Two-Phase Design-Build Selection Procedures.

The new facility will include child development areas for infants, pre-toddlers, toddlers, preschoolers, administrative space, lobby areas, public restrooms, storage rooms, kitchen area and playground areas with equipment provided from other appropriations. The construction will consist of concrete foundation, concrete floor slabs, structural steel frame, masonry walls and standing seam metal roof.

The project will include all utilities, site improvements, pavements, security systems, passive force protection measures to include perimeter fencing and lighting, and other supporting work necessary to make a complete and usable facility. Facilities will be designed as permanent construction in accordance with the Department of Defense Unified Facilities Criteria 1-200-01.
