The project is for the design and construction of a Tactical Equipment Maintenance Facility (TEMF) inclusive of buildings 4351 (Vehicle Maintenance Shop); 4350 (Storage), 4352 (Dispatch Building); 4353 (Oil Storage); 4354, 4355, 4356, 4357 and 4358 (Grease Racks) on Fort Cavazos, TX using a Two-Phase Design Build Process in accordance with FAR 36.3 -Two-Phase Design-Build Selection Procedures.
