The Doble Engineering equipment lease agreement is for the M4100 Insulation Analyzer, Doble Test Assistant software to support the analyzer, and manage data, Doble Universal Controller, and the M4300 Transport. The equipment is utilized for insulation integrity measurements. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. It is a market research tool being used to determine the availability of other qualified sources that can meet the requirements identified above. The Government is not obligated to and will not pay for any information received from potential sources as a result of this notice of intent. All responses received within 15 days of the posting of this notice will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
