## Description

The purpose of this amendment is to clarify the number of portable latrines and hand washing stations as there were conflicting numbers in the Statement of Objectives. The requirement is for ten portable latrines and four handwashing stations. The revised SOO is attached. The date quotes are due is NOT extended.
