## Description

THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE, NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE (RFQ). A RFQ WILL NOT BE ISSUED AND QUOTES WILL NOT BE REQUESTED. The Montana Army National Guard intends to award a firm-fixed price award for five years, base + 4 option years to:

Yellowstone Alliance Adventures. INC Bozeman, MT 59718-8991 For a five day, four night teen camp. Market research has been conducted to indicate that Yellowstone Alliance Adventures is the only available location available that meets the requirements stated in the PWS. This action is in accordance with FAR 13.106(b) Soliciting from a Single Source, on the basis that the vendor is the only known source capable of meeting the governmnet's requirement.
