The Combat Capabilities Development Command (DEVCOM) Aviation and Missile Center (AvMC), Redstone Arsenal, Alabama, has a sole source requirement for a VBS4 software and associated licenses for The Manufacturing and Electronics Technology Division, Systems Readiness Directorate. This is a Sole Source with Inventory Locator Service, LLC. ILSmart subscription is the only inventory locator subscription tool that provides access to government and commercial databases to increase efficiency of finding alternate part numbers & alternate sources of supply for obsolete Army aviation and missile components. It is the only tool that currently meets the requirements for the AvMC Obsolescence Engineering Branch that generates lists of worldwide suppliers who have stock on hand for required obsolete components to spec used on Army Aviation and Missile Systems which is critical information for developing the best mitigation for life cycle requirements. Additionally, it is the only inventory locator tool that directly links to Information Handling. No solicitation documents exist at this time.
