Level 1-5 will be composed of DC Basics (EM1), level 2 AC Basics (EM2), level 3Analog Basics (EM3), Digital Basics (EM4), and Electronics Associate Comprehensive (EM5). Training will be delivered in two, two-week blocks (60 hrs.) The first block will cover levels. To prevent mission failure for the Fort Sill Air Defense Artillery Brigade (ADA), the government intends to solicit with only one source under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 12.201-1 under Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services.
