## Description

This is a Justification and Approval for other than full and open competition pursuant to FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii)(B), “Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements" for Reynolds Army Health Clinic contract W9124L-25-C-A003. The Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) is the only approved vendor that can provide the required Authorization to Operate (ATO) Sustainment maintenance required by DHA J6 Cyberlog. No other vendor is allowed to work within the OEM's ATO requirement.
