SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE/REQUEST FOR INFORMATION Post Wide Pumping The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) Fort Sill, OK is issuing this sources sought/request for information (RFI) for informational and planning purposes only. Information gathered will provide required market research to identify potential sources having an interest in providing Post Wide Pumping Services. MICC Fort Sill is interested in identifying potential partners who can provide pumping services for Fort Sill, Oklahoma.

Acquisition of Post Wide Pumping Services at the Installation Management Command (IMCOM) is necessary for mission essential pumping services and support at Fort Sill. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted or acknowledged, and no feedback or evaluations will be provided to companies regarding submissions. CONTACT WITH ANYONE OTHER THAN THE POCS LISTED BELOW IN THIS ANNOUNCEMENT BY INTERESTED PARTIEIS OR THEIR EMPLOYEES REGARDING THIS POTENTIAL ACQUISITION IS PROHIBITED. PROGRAM BACKGROUND This acquisition is a recurring maintenance to provide pumping cleaning services to grease/sand/oil water interceptors and pit latrines on Fort Sill. Fort Sill is located in Oklahoma, Comanche County, Lawton. Fort Sill consists of approximately 94,000 acres.

The population base consists of approximately 20,000 military and Government civilian and Contractor personnel, as well as, 33,000 resident family members. REQUIRED CAPABILITIES IMCOM has a requirement is to provide Pumping cleaning services to grease/sand/oil water interceptors for approximately 99 locations at Fort Sill, Oklahoma.

The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform all grease exhaust cleaning service tasks and frequencies described and defined in the Performance Work Statement. ELIGIBILITY The applicable NAICS codes for this requirement is 562998- All Other Miscellaneous Waste Management Services, and the Product Service Code (PSC) is S222, Housekeeping- Waste Treatment/Storage.

This requirement is for a commercial, non-developmental agreement. SUBMISSION DETAILS Interested organizations should submit a brief capabilities statement package demonstrating ability to provide the services capable of meeting or exceeding the Government’s requirement. A draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) is attached listed in this notice (Attachment 1_PWS). Documentation should be in bullet format as much as possible.

No phone or email inquiries with regards to the status of any future IFB will be accepted prior to its release. To receive consideration respondents must submit a brief response that includes the information requested in this notice, including answers to the relevant questions listed below. The response must not exceed 15 pages (Arial font not smaller than 12-point). Send responses in PDF format by email to the POC identified below. Include the synopsis number and company name in subject line of the email response.

The following requirements for the response must be met: Company Information Company Name Address Point of Contact Telephone Number Email address Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) Code and Unique Entity ID (UEI); Business Size (i.e., Small Business, Other than Small) under NAICS 562998; Socio-Economic status (i.e., 8(a), HUBZone, veteran-owned, women-owned, etc.) and whether the company is U.S. or internationally owned. Number of Years in business. Brevity of information is desired.
