Non-Personal Services – Network Enterprise Center (NEC) - HVAC Maintenance This is a non-personnel service contract to furnish labor, management, supervision, tools, parts, materials, and equipment required to perform preventative maintenance services and incidental repair services for communication infrastructure equipment identified herein. The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government. North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code 238220 is applicable to this acquisition. The applicable size standard is $19 million. The Government will issue a 100% set-aside for small businesses Invitation for Bid (IFB). Contract award will be made considering price only. A Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract is anticipated. Services shall be procured pursuant to the regulatory direction of FAR Part 14, Sealed Bidding Acquisition. Expected award shall consist of one base period of performance (1 April 2024 – 31 March 2025) and four one-year option periods of performance (1 April 2025 – 31 March 2029). There is no guarantee that any option period of performance will be exercised. The IFB estimated date of issue is on or about 12 February 2024. All responsible sources may submit a response which, if timely received, will be considered. Pursuant to FAR 4.1102, prospective contractors shall be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to award of a contract.
