## Description

Joint Base Myer – Henderson Hall (JBM-HH) is in Arlington, Virginia and includes Fort McNair in Washington D.C. JBM-HH consists of approximately 378.6 acres and has 83 cleanable buildings. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform all custodial service tasks and frequencies as described and defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
