Army Office of the Chief of Public Affairs (OCPA), located at the Pentagon, Washington D.C. The vehicle will be a Firm Fixed Price Contract with Costs CLINs for Other Direct Costs (ODCs). The Contractor shall provide technical expertise in business best practices, process engineering, full-spectrum communication, information technology (IT) operations; and management in support of Business Rules and OCPA Operations Support; Communication Research, Analysis and Evaluation; Communication Planning; Communication Product Development; Army Outreach Support; Professional Development and Training; Exhibit Management; and Executive Communication Support. These services shall include support of Army communication challenges which involve extremely sensitive issues, large programs, supporting Soldiers and Families and telling the Army story to diverse audiences and centers of influence as defined in the Performance Work Statement. North America Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 541611, Administrative Management and General Management Consulting Services, with a size standard of $24.5M, will be applicable to this procurement.
