## Description

The contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, supplies, facilities, supervision, and services required to operate 45 portable latrine services (port-a-pot) and 45 handwashing stations within a reasonable commuting distance from RGV, Texas (Fort Brown, TX to Rio Grande City, TX).
