## Description

This solicitation has been amended to incorporate the questions and answers, include the building drawings, and update a product requirement. The Government is requesting a one-time purchase of CCTV products and installation. This will be a firm-fixed price (FFP) contract set aside 100% for small business concerns under NAICS code 423410 with a standard size of 200 employees. The surveillance system must be installed and operational prior to acceptance. Products can be brand name or equal.

Company must provide a one-year warranty. Company must provide a 60-minute response time (or less) to all service calls requested by customer. Customer location is Fort Novosel military base located in Alabama. The 60-minute response time (or less) must be honored for the one-year warranty period AND for the lifetime of the product. Maintenance calls after the one-year warranty period will be handled through the customer and the company via Government Purchase Card (GPC).

Please read carefully through the attached product list and requirements. Quotes must be received no later than 12:00PM Central Daylight Time on April 24, 2025. The Government intends to award this firm fixed-price contract as Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) without discussions. However, the Government reserves the right to conduct discussions if deemed in its best interest. Therefore, the initial quote submitted should contain the best and final offer. Questions must be submitted by e-mail to jolene.a.granger.civ@army.mil, no later than 12:00PM Central Daylight Time on April 16, 2025.
