## Description

This is a non-personnel services contract to provide the upgrade and installation of the Video Surveillance System (VSS) for the 110th Aviation Brigade Barracks Complex at Fort Novosel, AL, as well as, four option years of maintenance. The Contractor shall utilize certified, qualified Technicians to provide, install and test the VSS once installation is complete. The proposal should include all costs for labor, travel, and materials to complete this effort. Warranty for parts and labor will be included.

This contract will cover one (1) 12-month base year for the installation and maintenance of the system and four (4) 12-month option years of maintenance. See Attachment 1 - Statement of Work for more details.
