Mission and Installation Contracting Command – Fort Knox intents to award a sole source firm fixed price purchase order to Secur-Serv, for the performance of hardware maintenance services on seventy-one iNSIGHT 700c Optical Mark Recognition scanners and twenty-three Flex Stackers. This sole source award is authorized under FAR 12.102(a): For purchases not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold (SAT), only one source reasonably available. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES OR PROPOSALS. Responsible sources may submit a capability statement demonstrating their ability to provide the requested supplies to adam.p.buchert.civ@army.mil. The Government shall not reimburse interested sources for any information provided. No requests for capability briefings will be honored. A determination by the Government whether or not to compete this requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
