## Description

**NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE:** The Government requires Spectrum DFI Internet 5 GB, Network Edge 5Gb, Network Switch 24, Internet 500mb, and Static IP (1) internet services. It is the Government's intent to sole source this specific requirement to Charter Communications Operating LLC as the sole vendor for commercial Spectrum internet services on the Ft Knox, KY military installation. The award will be a base plus three (3) option years with a period of performance (PoP) of 29 Sep 2025 to 28 Sep 2029. The CLIN structure will be as follows:
