A need is anticipated for support of the upcoming HQDA Best Squad Competition-Community Event Fitness Competition FY25 held for 10-12 October 2025. The contractor shall provide non-personal services to include but not limited to all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, and supervision necessary to support the HQDA Best Squad Competition-Community Event Fitness Competition as defined in this Performance Work Statement (attached). The contractor shall provide coordination, equipment, setup, planning services, and associated contract documents required for use at The National Mall Park in Washington D.C. in support of the HQDA Best Soldier Competition (BSC) event to be held 11 October 2025 in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Services and specific task are outlined in Part 5 include, but are not limited to, coordination, providing equipment, and setup/tear down. Event setup to take place 10 October 2025.
