Each visit shall be conducted on two consecutive days, totaling four days per year. The STEM Experience Day shall be conducted prior 15 December 2025. The contractor shall provide all the necessary transportation for this one-day event, along with lunch and dinner meals for at least 60 Cadets and four Cadre. The solicitation (SF1449) is posted to this notice on the SAM.gov website. Paper copies of the solicitation (SF 1449) will not be available. The solicitation must be downloaded from this website. The entire SF1449 must be completed and submitted in accordance with the instructions to offerors.
