The Product Service Code (PSC) is 9905, Signs, Advertising Displays, and Identification Plates. Deatils and specific tasks are outlined in Part 4 of the Statement of Work (SOW). This SOW and the two technical exhibits are for planning and information purposes only. It is not to be construed as a commitment by the government, nor will the government pay for any information solicited. All requirements are preliminary, and the government reserves the right to make any changes deemed appropriate. This notice is issued solely for information and planning purposes – it does not constitute Request for Quote (RFQ) or a promise to issue an RFQ in the future. This notice does not commit the U.S. Government to contract for any supply or service. Further, the U.S. Government is not seeking quotes, bids or proposals at this time and will not accept unsolicited proposals in response to this pre-solicitation notice.
