Paper copies of the solicitation (SF 1449) will not be available. The solicitation must be downloaded from this website. Amendments, if any, will be posted to https://sam.gov. It is the offeror's responsibility to check for and acknowledge all amendments. All quotes shall be submitted no later than the date and time specified for receipt in Block 8 of the SF 1449 or the latest issued amendment. Quotes submitted via e-mail or fax will not be accepted. Award will be to the lowest priced, responsive quote received from a responsible offeror. Questions to this solicitation are due by e-mail to Wesley Dowell at wesley.e.dowell.civ@army.mil. on 5 May 2025 at 1:30 P.M. Eastern Time (Fort Knox, KY, Local Time) in order to allow a response prior to the quote due date. Answers will be posted to SAM.gov.
