## Description

Notice of Intent to Sole Source The service being procured is ancillary convention decorator services at the DECA 2025 International Career Development Conference. MSB - NCD requires decorator services to include rental of carpet, carpet padding, furniture accessories, vehicle spotting and material handling. This requirement supports MSB - NCD’s public outreach and visibility efforts. The required ancillary services will be provided at the Orange County Convention Center, 9400 Turkey Lake Rd., Orlando, FL 32819.
