A Tier 0 contract will be solicited and awarded to satisfy the customer’s valid requirement. It is hereby determined that this procurement is commercial in nature pursuant to the definitions and constraints of FAR 2.100 and FAR 12.102. On 22 October 2024, confirmation was received from the ACTE Senior Director, Strategic Events, that ACTE is the sole entity that can provide booth space at the CareerTech VISION 2024, being held in San Antonio, TX. A copy of the confirmation email will be uploaded in the Paperless Contract File (PCF) in folder IA02.
