## Description

THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE The MICC - Fort Knox intends to award a firm fixed price contract, on a sole source basis in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) Simplified Acquisition Procedures, to Vanguard XXI, LLC to support the US Army Marksmanship Unit (USAMU).

The contractor must provide training, coaching, Myers-Briggs Personality Assessments, workbooks, venue and meals in accordance with the terms, conditions and specifications set forth in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The anticipated award date is 12 April 2024 with a 29 April 2024 through 2 May 2024 period of performance. This is not a request for quote and the solicitation will not be available through SAM.gov.
