The MICC-Fort Jackson is seeking qualified, experienced and capable sources with certified technicians who possess the skills, training, and technical know-how of performing Fort Jackson Computer Aided Dispatch Database (CAD) Repair and Sustainment Services. It appears the software for the CAD system is proprietary and written in a proprietary programming language, which leads to only one contractor, Hexagon US Federal, Inc., who is considered the only source who can meet the needs of repairing and sustaining the database.
