Solicitation W9124C-24-R-0015 will be issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP) using the procedures outlined in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 and 13. It is anticipated that this requirement will be awarded as a fixed-price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract. The anticipated period of performance will be 14 May 2024 to 13 February 2029, resulting in one (nine) 9 month ordering period and four (4) twelve (12) month ordering periods. The Primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this procurement is 312113, Ice Manufacturing with a size standard of 750 employees.
