## Description

Mission and Installation Contracting Command, Fort Eisenhower, GA intends to negotiate/award a sole-source contract to McCall, Szerdy & Associates, Inc., DBA Facilitate.com on 426 N Hope Avenue, Santa Barbara, CA, 93110. The requirement is to procure the software Facilitate Pro which is a web based electronic conference center with group decision-making tools used to generate ideas and problem-solving techniques to support innovative thinking and decision making, in real time or across time zones.

This software is a pre-configured Enterprise solution that comes “as is” and requires no development. Facilitate Pro provides a feature called focused idea generation which allows the collection of ideas from an unlimited number of participants simultaneously, the results being automatically threaded. The NAICS code is 334111. The authority for this non-competitive award is FAR 13.106-1(b)(1).

The Government intends to procure this sole source requirement under Simplified Acquisition Procedures in FAR part 13 and Commercial procedures in FAR part 12. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS and a solicitation will not be issued. Interested concerns must show clear and convincing evidence that competition of this requirement would be advantageous to the Government. If no affirmative written responses are received by 12:30 p.m. on 07 May, 2025. an award will be made without further notice.

Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed requirement is solely within the discretion of the government.
