**TBD 16. Description:** Fort Campbell has approximately 1,173 buildings and about 15.7 million square feet of space to maintain. This quantity of buildings does not include hospital facilities, Department of Defense school facilities, or Campbell Crossing privatized housing. The military community of Fort Campbell is located astride the Kentucky-Tennessee border. This contract will be used to restore, remediate, and mitigate damage to buildings, soil, water and air in both states. Services will include:

Fire and Smoke Restoration. Water Remediation and Restoration. Odor Removal. Soil Remediation and Restoration. Bio-Hazard and Sewage Clean-up. Board-up and Tarping (Storm damage). Mold Remediation, Decontamination, and Disinfection. HVAC Air Duct Cleaning incidental to Restoration/Remediation. Renovation incidental to Restoration. Asbestos Containing Material (ACM) Mitigation and Removal incidental to Remediation and Restoration. Special remediation actions as directed by the Contracting Officer (KO). 17. The North American (NAICS) assigned to this procurement is 562910 – Commercial and Remediation Services. The size standard is $25M.
