## Description

This is a Special Notice to announce the intent of the Mission Installation Contracting Command, Fort Liberty (MICC-FL), North Carolina’s need to procure Post-wide Refuse Collection, Disposal, and Recycling Services in support of the Department of Public Works (DPW) with full and open competition. This current requirement is a one-time 12-month bridge contract action to meet the urgent need of refuse services on Fort Liberty to prevent a break in service. The current contract expires March 26, 2024.
