## Description

**Updated (07 August 2024):** Extend Solicitation Closing Date to 16 August 2024 by 4:00PM EDT.

**Updated SOW (06 August 2024):** To include hallway walls leading to Room 125 and change 'small closet' to Room 125A (Closet).

**Original:** Repair and site remediation of small closet, Rooms 125 & 126 at B-Stack BLDG 2-1120, Fort Liberty, NC. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, transportations, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform operations necessary for repair and site remediation at BLDG 2-1120, Fort Liberty, NC. The contractor shall verify all dimensions and new and existing conditions at the site.

The contractor shall notify the contracting officer in writing of any differing conditions before award. Acceptance of the contract shall constitute acceptance of the existing conditions. The contractor shall protect existing, in-place, and new work, always provide adequate protection for persons and property, and execute the work in such a manner to avoid any hazard to persons and property as necessary.
