Gas to be supplied are estimated. Delivery Orders will be issued to obligate funds monthly. Prices for L.P. Gas will fluctuate monthly (upward or downward adjustments), based upon percentage changes in the Apex, NC Principal Average, as published in the Butane Propane News (BPN) Weekly Propane Newsletter as defined in the Statement of Work, except for those items specified as government furnished property and supplies. The contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract. Electronic submissions via email or facsimile (fax) will NOT be accepted. Bids shall be mailed through a commercial/Government carrier or hand-delivered, All Bids shall be submitted by the time of the Bid opening.
