## Description

The Nebraska Army National Guard (NEARNG) has a requirement for twenty-four (24) Stratus 3 devices, gel dash mounts, charging cables, 110V wall plug, and a pilot?s guide. This requirement is a small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) is 334111with size standard of 1250 employees. Award will be based upon the overall best value to the government that meets all technical requirements of the solicitation with price being considered.

**Stratus 3 ADS B Receiver Electrical Requirements:** 110V wall plug Misc Requirements: Gel dash mount; charging cable; pilot guide Warranty: 2-year warranty Item Requirements: Stratus 3 ADS B Receiver must have the ability to record flight data to include altitude, speed, and GPS position; provide subscription-free weather information, provide WAAS GPS information, include a security feature to password protect Wi-Fi networks, and have a battery life of eight hours.
