The purpose of a survey is to document a worker’s history of exposures for both civilian and military employees. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary to perform industrial hygiene surveys, as defined in this PWS. The exception is specified in Paragraph 3.0 as Government Furnished.
