USACE has a requirement to obtain Preliminary Title Reports (or equivalent product) for the following parcels located in Santa Clara County, California: APN 11618006 APN 11618002 APN 11618012 APN 11612008 The purpose of these reports includes but is not limited to providing recorded boundaries for each parcel, show all recorded boundaries for each parcel, and provide all recorded surveys, plat maps, and legal descriptions for each parcel.
