A current court injunction regarding the removal of trees and replanting of elderberries along the Lower American River has delayed the release of this solicitation. In preparation of the solicitation for the construction work and subsequent two (2) awards for this work, USACE is posting this special notice with draft instructions, specifications and plans to allow industry to provide feedback and advanced preparation time for bids.
