## Description

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Sacramento District (SPK) requires design-bid-build (DBB) construction services to build a two-story Research and Development (R&D) facility of approximately 66,000 square feet (SF) for the United States Departmetn of Agriculture (USDA) Agricultural Research Services (ARS) consisting of administrative, reception, classroom, laboratory, chemical storage, constant temperature storage, support spaces, and mechanical penthouse in Davis, California.

The Contractor shall provide all labor, management, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, and transportation to complete construction of the R&D Center in accordance with the terms of the contract, project plans, specifications, and all other attachments.
