These ponds hold treated effluent water. The existing ponds have been in operation since prior to the 1970s and provide a fully functioning sewage treatment pond system The evaporation ponds require the Pond liner replacement and measure approximately 16,000 square feet together. This prospective contract action will be conducted using NAICS Code is 562998 All Other Miscellaneous Waste Management Services. The size standard is $16.5 million. Product Service Code is Z1ND Maintenance of Sewage and Waste Facilities. The solicitation will proceed as a Total Small Business Set Aside and is estimated to be issued on or about 30 April 2024 with quotes due tentatively on 30 May 2024. The RFQ will be issued on the Government Point of Entry known as www.SAM.gov and will establish a firm quote due date/time. If applicable, the site visit date, time and location will be identified in the solicitation. BE ADVISED THAT THIS PROJECT MAY BE DELAYED, CANCELLED OR REVISED AT ANY TIME DURING THE PRE-SOLICITATION, SOLICITATION, SELECTION, EVALUATION, NEGOTIATION AND/OR FINAL AWARD PROCESS.
