Questions and Answers document added 2 May 2024. Added 18 April 2024 Amendment 0001 Site vist: 25 Apr 2024 at 10:00 AM. Contractors must be US citizens with valid ID. All will meet at the operations office Address 29330 Hwy 190 Porterville, CA 93257. POC is Charlie Mauldin who will convoy to the dam and show them the elevator. All questions for this solicitation must be submitted in writing, via email, to the POC’s listed below. All questions must be submitted 10 days prior to the quote due date. Wednesday, April 30, 2024 at 11:00AM is the cut off for questions to be accepted. No additional questions will be accepted after this date.
