The solicitation will proceed as a Total Small Business Set Aside and is estimated to be issued on or about 13 Mar 2024 with quotes due tentatively on 16 Apr 24. The RFQ will be issued on the Government Point of Entry known as www.SAM.gov and will establish a firm quote due date/time. If applicable, the site visit date, time and location will be identified in the solicitation.
