The solicitation will proceed as a 100% total small business set-aside and is estimated to be issued on or about March 7, 2024 with quotes due tentatively on or about April 9, 2024 The RFQ will be issued on the Government Point of Entry known as www.SAM.gov and will establish a firm proposal due date/time. If applicable, the site visit date, time and location will be identified in the solicitation.
