This project is to construct a new 20,000 SF Engineering and Logistics Building (ELB) located on a 52-acre site in French Camp, CA, just south of Stockton, CA. This facility will include Logistics Management Services, Engineering, Safety, Emergency Preparedness, and a shared Administrative Area.

In accordance with DFARS 236.204(ii) the estimated magnitude of construction is expected to be between $25,000,000 and $100,000,000. This prospective contract action will be conducted using NAICS Code 236220 (Commercial and Institutional Building Construction). The size standard is $45 Million. Product Service Code is Y1EB (Construction of Maintenance Buildings).Requirement is a total 100% small business set-aside.
