## Description

The Huntington District Corps of Engineers intends to award an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for Appraisal Services for the State of Virginia with emphasis on the counties of Buchanan and Dickenson. The Performance Period will be a base period of twelve (12) months with four additional option periods each consisting of twelve (12) months. The total contract period will equal five (5) years.
