## Description

These specifications cover the requirement for Dry-Dock and Repair of the Government owned and operated MV Kenneth Eddy. The work to be performend under this contract consists of furnishing all plant, labor, materials, equipment, and performing all operations required to make repairs to the vessel as specified herein. Work includeds dry docking the bessel, pressure washing the port and starboard keel collers, inspecting, and preiring any leaks to keel cooler system compontents and associated piping, and flushing the cooling systems.
