## Description

This Request for Quote (RFQ) is for an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract to provide allmanagement, labor, supplies, materials and equipment necessary to perform Mowing and Maintenance Services atSutton Lake, Sutton, WV with the US Army Corps of Engineers, Huntington, District. All work shall be performedin strict compliance with the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) and all other terms, clauses andconditions incorporated herein.

This acquisition is for a base period of seven (7) months and four (4) option periodsof one (1) year. The base period for this contract will be from June 1, 2024, through 31 December 2024. Note: Thissolicitation contains an option clause to extend the awarded contract for up to four (4) additional option periods.
