## Description

Bids for Solicitation W91236-26-B-A017, Rudee Inlet Maintenance Dredging, were opened on 17 July 2026. Two bids were received. Cottrell Contracting Corporation submitted the apparent low bid in the total evaluated amount of $6,595,000.00, and Norfolk Dredging Company submitted a bid in the total evaluated amount of $9,486,236.60. Both bidders submitted the required bid security and acknowledged Amendments 0001 and 0002. Following evaluation of the bids in accordance with FAR Part 14, Cottrell Contracting Corporation was determined to be the lowest responsive, responsible bidder. Accordingly, award was made to Cottrell Contracting Corporation under Contract W91236-26-C-A016.
